futurespace is looking for a senior ?all-rounder? interior designer/project leader located in Sydney to join their growing team. The main responsibility of the role will be to support the directors and senior associates to design, document and coordinate projects.

Qualifications
The candidate for the interior designer/project leader position requires a relevant design qualification from a recognised institution as well as experience in the design, documentation and site assistance phases of workplace, building refurbishment and educational projects.

Tasks
The role is varied and interesting and is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, creative studio undertaking projects across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

• Representing futurespace at client and consultant project team meetings
• Representing futurespace at industry functions and events
• Leading the project team on selected interior design projects
• Assisting the directors and senior associates on selected interior design projects
• design, design development, documentation and site assistance on a range of projects
• Completing all of the above in line with futurespace?s documentation and office administration standards and procedures
• Participation in futurespace design workshops, training sessions, marketing forums and other events
